Wax rubbings taken at Mary Magdalene at Hucknall. I love this part, the reveal! When making wax rubbings, white on white, its difficult to see how its going to look, apart from a slight sheen of wax on the paper you are working blind. Trying out different consistency of ink this time around, watering it down to create subtle pastel shades, i think the soft pinks and blues are a nice contrast to the hard grey stones they are taken from, the transformation I was looking for!

| the darks ink reflect the gothic language of the original stones |

Here ive picked out a sunrise design and combined with the words from a different stone " spirits up" i love the soft pink and the way it is transformed from its source. |
| sea colours over this scale design give me under water mermaid vibes |
| "daughter" in yellow, sunshine, emotive words in positive colours |
| always got to do your own name! |
| really like this combination of word and image, flutter and a wing like image |
